NEW UPDATES!14/Apr
This year, Easter falls on April 24th , 2011. From today, the Easter update is available again. In case you have already purchased this update last year, the eggs will appear again soon! After purchase, from April 17th your players can expect the first Easter eggs on random pages. And who knows what will be in there this time…
Car modifications
Within a few weeks time, a big car update will take place. We have had developed our own unique car pictures, as we previously did with the weapons and items from the shop. Also, all cars will be changed into versions from the past two years. So, all cars in your game too, will be replaced by these new cars. Is there at this time a Jeep of € 50,000, - in your game? If so, this will be replaced by one of the new cars that in price comes closest to € 50,000,- (new value).
The car pictures will be the same size as the store items. Moreover, there will be a car management option with which you can alter the cars by yourself.

Target Management
From now on, with the extension ‘Personal goals’ it is possible to manage goals too. What goals are active? At what quantities a goal will be reached? From today, there are five new targets available, too:
- lottery: win X times a prize
- murder: kill X criminals
- shooting experience: reach X times exactly 50 points.
- dead list: place X players on the dead list
- respect: earn at least X respect points
Change credit lottery (30 MC)
From today, the new module ‘change credit lottery’ is available for 30 mafia coins. With this module, you can alter the exact content of both the jackpot and the consolation prize to your preferences. VIP days as the jackpot? Bank money as a consolation prize? It is all possible!
Forum improvements
Now, on the ingame forums a moderator can close or delete multiple topics quick and easy by using checkboxes.
Member Information
From now on, in game options, it is possible to change the member information text (number of members). For example, it is possible to change members into ‘maffiosi’ or ‘gangsters’.
Server time (50 MC)
On general request the "server time" update is now available for 50 MC. After buying this update a small bar will be displayed on each page containing both the server time and the player's local time.
Big auction update & more9/Apr
Today an update where a number of game owners have been looking forward to for a long time: the big auction update. In addition some minor updates, and yes: a new layout once again!
Renewed auction
The list of the current auction wasn’t very clear, so from now on we have categorized the auction and sorted it by end time.
A player can terminate an auction early when there hasn’t been a bid. As an auction starter you get a PM at each new bid, and as a participant in the auction, you get a PM when you've been outbid, too.
Auction Management (75 MC)
A real must-have after the auction renovation, the auction management update is now available for 75 mafia coins. It offers you the possibility to customize the auction further:
- adjustable number of ongoing auctions per player (default 1)
- adjustable maximum duration auction (default 24h)
- adjustable categories (extra: street prostitutes)
- adjustable ‘immediately accept bid’
Arrest after drug possession
At the request of a number of game owners, from now on this option can be deactivated completely.
Gym can be switched off
Tired of the gym? Turn it off! You can do this by going to the ‘Game Options’ at the MafiaCreator control panel.
New layout (50 MC)
It took a while, partly because of the option of making your own layout, but there's a new layout available! For 50 mafia coins it will be yours!

Jailbreak turns!
As many new players that you have brought into your game may will drop out because of the huge amount of prison time at the beginning, today we present a new game option for 50 mafia coins: jailbreak turns.
After purchase, you can set the number of free jailbreak turns for new players. A player who has jailbreak turns in his/her possession, while in prison will see the following text:
"You have x jailbreak turns left. With a jailbreak turn, you can break out for free!"
Having the exchange office in your possesion, from now on your players can buy extra jailbreak turns in the exchange office too, if you have set this option.
Time zone players
Being a crew member, it may sometimes be useful to know the local time zone of your players (e.g. in a message like ‘at 11 a.m. I have bought credits’ 
This is now listed on the ‘Edit Player’ page, just below the IP address.
Auto transport timing
Being a game owner, you can now decide on what day and at what time the car transporter drops by. Adjust your settings via -> Manage your website, game options.
Regular members’ color
It has always been possible to adjust the link color of crew members. From now on, it’s possible to adjust the link color of regular members, too. Adjust your settings via Manage your website -> game options.
Arrest after drug possession
Has the drug option been activated in your game? From now on, members then run the risk, of being arrested while flying. They will go to jail for a few minutes, and all their drugs will be confiscated. What the chances are of being arrested, can be set in ‘Game Options’.
Game owners search
The ‘Game overview’ now offers the possibility to search for game owners. In addition, the ‘Games overview’, offers the possibility to send a private message to those game owners directly.
