Updates: Live stats (75MC) + extra languages! (100MC per language)9/Feb
Want to make your game more interactive and international? No problem! We present two new updates that deliver exactly that!
Live stats (75 MC)
Everybody knows the statistics area. Your bank- and cash money, power, health, credits, rank and rank progress are displayed on it. With every click, the stats are updated. This way, you always have up-to-date information at hand.
So nothing new there. What is new though, is this update. By purchasing this update for 75 Mafia Coins, your stats in the statistics overview will be updated live. For instance, have you completed a mission, for which you receive $ 100.000,- cash and 25% rank progress? Then you will see your cash balance and your rank progress bar increase live. This is the case for every activity. Deposited money into the safe? You will see it disappear live! This update is an ideal way of giving your game a graphical impulse. Extra languages (100 MC per language)
MafiaCreator is available in eight different languages. However, not everyone is willing to start a MafiaCreator game on eight different languages. That’s why we have come up with a solution: from now on, you have the possibility to purchase an extra language and display it as a selectable option in your game.
For example, you can purchase “German” for 100 Mafia Coins.
After purchase, you can choose how to display the new language.
Option 1: You can decide on a bar on top of the content section of your game, with country flags for players to choose from.
Option 2: You can also decide on a horizontal bar on top of the front page of your game, again with country flags for players to choose from.
Keep in mind though, that the standard texts (such as the front page, advertisement bar, own pages, etc.), will simply be in the language that you used. Perhaps, it is therefore wise to leave the standard texts unchanged, when you start an international game (or just use English texts).
New: Level system (100MC) + Graphic safe + security (50MC)2/Feb
This week, we worked hard on two new innovative updates for MafiaCreator.com, with which we meet the needs of our community.
Additional level system (100MC)
Up to now, there were only 17 ranks available, after which players couldn’t level up any further. We have come with something to fix that: an additional level system.
By purchasing and activating this new level system, your members will have something to play for after they reached the highest rank. You can now allow players to have access to levels, after their completion of all the available ranks. Have you reached the highest “Godfather” rank? You will then start with “Godfather (level 1)”, and will be able to keep leveling up unlimitedly. Godfather (level 185) is thus a possibility!
Graphic safe + security (50MC)
This is an extension on the existing safe: instead of the default safe, your players will gain access to a true safe, including a 4-digit security code that has to be entered when opening the safe. Members can set their code of choice the first time they use the safe. The code will be sent to their ingame inbox only once, so players must remember it well!
Every time a player wants to open the safe, the 4-digit security code has to be entered; the safe will then remain open for a limited amount of time. As a game owner, you’ll have the opportunity to limit the maximum number of times a safe can be opened per week. This can be set on this page: “Game management” -> safe.
