HELP! NPCs/attack/money

So I've made a few NPCs for my game, and I was wondering if there's any way of lowering the amount that gets stolen after attacking said NPC or if I can set an lvl for them without having to rank them up the proper way. This happens and that's quite too much if a player at low lvl get's that amount after attacking NPC

(below is when I tested to see how much would be taken)

-You attacked Liza and...

-Liza's health decreased 1%.
-You stole $ 237,887,986,104 in cash during this attack on Liza.
-You used 48 strength for this attack.

Since I would like to make Xs with a certain amount of cash being carried and depending on Xs ATK/DEF, see below how I want it to turn out.

example 2:

You attacked Liza and...
You won!
Liza's health decreased 5%.
You stole $16881 in cash during this attack on Liza.
You used 50 strength for this attack.

And would love to know if it's possible to actually do it? I hope this is understandable for people to know what I'm talking about.
